10:34 a.m. A woman found her stolen vehicle parked behind a church in Hungry Horse.

11:45 a.m. Someone reported that a woman in a little gray car was texting on her phone while attempting, but failing, to stay in one lane of traffic on Highway 2 East.

12:04 p.m. A concerned driver on Highway 35 called 911 to report that a dog was teetering on top of pile of wood in the back of a pickup.

1:29 p.m. A woman on Whitefish Stage claimed that someone stole her bike and keyed her vehicle.

3:08 p.m. Someone called in to complain about animals.

3:47 p.m. Someone traveling down Highway 93 North drove up over a curb wile talking on his cell phone.

5:56 p.m. A Lakeside man reported that his ATV has gone missing from his locked garage.

6:14 p.m. Someone called in to report that a 12-year-old girl, accompanied by her pit bull, pried open a garage door with her skateboard in an attempt to retrieve her things. She and her companion were gone when deputies arrived.

9:25 p.m A female employee of a Hungry Horse business requested permission to “hit” an intoxicated couple who threatened her and attempted to steal a sandwhich.

9:26 p.m. A Whitefish area woman reported that her neighbors are shooting at the road. She worried that her husband would drive through the line of fire on his way home.

11:08 p.m. A man on Highway 35 in Kalispell claimed that he brought a stray dog into his apartment because it had been howling outside. The dog, however, continued to deny the man the peace he desired and howled once inside.
