Missing Money Order

8:39 a.m. A Bigfork woman found a suspicious looking bag containing one spoon and powdery white stuff.

9:47 a.m. An Evergreen woman reported that the money order she used to pay a bill was somehow cashed at a local casino instead.

10:15 a.m. A mechanic reported a hostile customer.

10:18 a.m. A Whitefish woman reported that her credit cards were stolen while shopping in Kalispell.

11:56 a.m. A Conrad Drive resident showed a deputy a discarded wrapper she had found on her property. She thought it might be drug related. It was not.

12:38 p.m. A Kalispell woman reported that her thieving boyfriend threw her stuff around then, before he left, stole it.

1:15 p.m. Dogs were seen riding on hay bales in the back of a pickup traveling down Highway 93 South. The caller suspected they were at risk of bouncing out into the road.

2:36 p.m. A local woman reported that she had put her neighbor’s irritating black Lab in her garbage can. The dog was returned to its owner.

4:57 p.m. A McMannamy Draw resident claimed that his neighbor, in an act of retaliation, pushed his truck off the road and into the muddy ditch.

5:35 p.m. A Columbia Falls woman reported that her ex-boyfriend stole her daughter’s social security card.

5:42 p.m. Someone called 911 reporting that kids on Collier Lane were chucking snowballs at passing vehicles.

6:48 p.m. A Kalispell resident claimed that three dogs attacked his dog, but that his dog won the battle and chased them off. He is now worried that the dog owners will come after him.

8:12 p.m. Someone called in on behalf of a Shady Lane woman, who was too busy to call, to report that three men trespassed onto her porch and stole her gas can.
