The board approved the contracts Friday that had been agreed to by union members of the Montana Public Employees Association and the University Faculty Association.
Jim Foley, the university's executive vice president, says university administrators will not see an increase in their salaries either.
But he says one possible exception is UM President George Dennison. The pay of the school's president since the 1970s has been the same as the president of Montana State University.
But the incoming president at Montana State, Waded Cruzado, is scheduled to make $75,000 more than Dennison.
