Bad Friends

9:16 a.m. A Kalispell man reported that his friends took his credit card and charged nearly $7,000 on it.

10:23 a.m. A West Glacier man claimed that his friend refused to return his borrowed tools.

11:31 a.m. A Whitefish Stage resident reported that someone tore down and stole more than 1,000 feet of Christmas lights from their home.

1:15 p.m. A woman turned in the tools and a car battery she found under a bridge in Hungry Horse.

3:10 p.m. Two pit bulls were in a Kila woman’s yard.

4:00 p.m. Two loose pit bulls were seen running down Antelope Trail in Whitefish.

4:04 p.m. A shoplifter screamed, bickered, and acted generally belligerent after she was confronted by two store owners.

4:47 p.m. Five horses were seen running down Highway 35 in Kalispell.

5:11 p.m. Another call was made about a herd of horses running down Highway 35.

5:43 p.m. An intoxicated man high-centered his Honda on a curb on Airport Road.

6:12 p.m. A Columbia Falls man reported that someone had stolen his checkbook and has since written two checks. His primary suspect is his daughter’s boyfriend.

7:40 p.m. A customer called 911 from a Kalispell gas station claiming that he was unable to find a clerk to help him. An employee was found before the end of the call.

9:40 p.m. Reportedly, someone in a little Honda was peeling out in the parking lot at Family Planning.
