Bonsai Brewing Project Opens in Whitefish

Back in September, we talked to Graham Hart about his dream of opening the Bonsai Brewing Project in Whitefish.

The brewery would be built with partially crowd-sourced funding, he said, and located in the Whitefish Mountain Mall.

Now, the Bonsai Brewing Project is a reality, with open doors and five beers on tap. The fundraiser ended up bringing in over $17,000 for the brewery project.

The brewery is open Wednesday through Saturday, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., and closed Sunday through Tuesday.
