Butte Robbery Suspect Slips, Knocked Unconscious
Would-be robber
BUTTE – Butte law enforcement officers say a 25-year-old man who tried to rob a fast-food restaurant over the weekend slipped in the parking lot as he tried to flee and was knocked unconscious.
Capt. George Skuletich says the man was recovering and was conscious and speaking Tuesday at St. James Healthcare.
The 25-year-old and another man are suspected of trying to rob a Burger King early Sunday. Skuletich says the two, wearing ski masks and carrying large flashlights, entered the rear door and demanded the two employees give them money.
The employees overpowered the would-be robbers, who struggled free and ran out the door. The other suspect remained at large Tuesday.

Watch these would be thieves sue Burger King for not salting their parking lot adequately. Sadly, it they did, they’d probably have a good chance of winning a huge settlement.
