Caught Shoplifting

7:27 a.m. A woman complained that she was blinded by someoen’s headlights.

9:56 a.m. Someone called to see if a lost backpack had been turned in.

10:17 a.m. A Somers man reported that the man he sold his boat to two years ago has yet to pay for it.

10:22 a.m. A combative man with a baby on his hip was caught shoplifting in an Evergreen store.

11:21 a.m. Someone reported that two big dogs were tied up to a tree at a residence on Ferndale Drive. The animal warden found that the dogs belonged to the resident and were tied up because they will run away.

11:42 a.m. A Kalispell woman complained that her landlord had her vehicle towed out of her driveway.

12:07 p.m. A Whitefish resident reported that a handyman she hired stole her purse while she was in the hospital. The handyman returned her purse upon request.

2:48 p.m. Someone in Marion called in to talk about cats.

4:37 p.m. A man on Ezy Drive reported that his ex-girlfriend is trying to sell his firewood and has been holding his things “hostage.”

6:55 p.m. The mother of the man on Ezy Drive reported that her son’s ex-girlfriend is in possession of her Persian cat and TV.

9:29 p.m. Reportedly, a cluster of kids were hanging from the hoses and tearing up a carwash on Highway 93 South.
