Dead Snake

8:00 a.m. Someone called in claiming to have watched numerous cows “jog” over the top of a dead cow.

9:50 a.m. A woman walking down Kuzmic Lane in Coram heard what she thought was a call for help. A deputy determined that the noise came from a nearby group of noisy goats.

9:54 a.m. A Coram man reported that someone had taken the lug nuts off of his truck and dumped at least two gallons of water into his gas tank.

10:08 a.m. A Lakeside woman called in to talk about the bat that was “bugging” her last night.

12:10 p.m. A Yorkie was attacked by a pack of territorial Jack Russell terriers on Parkway Driveway.

12:48 p.m. A woman on Conrad Drive reported that someone had wrapped a dead snake around her doorknob. Although the woman wanted it unwrapped and removed, the snake was gone when an animal warden arrived.

1:04 p.m. A Martin City man reported that his neighbors intentionally put their sprinkler under his bedroom window and turned it on in the middle of the night. The neighbors agreed to move the sprinkler.

7:31 p.m. Someone reported seeing a man in a chair with wheels, not a wheelchair, on a dirt road with his head in his hands. The caller assumed he was stuck. He was gone when a deputy arrived.

8:28 p.m. A Kalispell man called in to complain that the Flathead Emergency Medical Service uses their sirens in excess, disturbing his evening meal.

11:19 p.m. A Coram woman reported that her ex-boyfriend stole a couple of her DVDs.
