7:18 a.m. A Shady Lane woman reported that a private investigator was following her.

8:41 a.m. Someone found a woman’s wallet in recycling bin near Ashley Lake.

12:54 p.m. A dog was heard barking inside a house on Jellison Road in Columbia Falls.

12:55 p.m. Someone chased a loose dog down Cheery Lynn Road.

1:00 p.m. A garbage truck left a trail of trash on Hodgson Road.

3:08 p.m. A woman on Second Avenue East reported that her laptop had been stolen from her bedroom.

3:34 p.m. Someone called in after watching a tall, lanky boy attempt to pick a lock while his accomplice tried to crawl into a second story window of a home on Honeysuckle Lane. They explained that he was trying to get in and do something “special” for his prom date.

4:10 p.m. A Columbia Falls resident reported that that his crossbow had been stolen.

4:21p.m. A mailbox on Creston Hatchery Road was hit by a fast moving object.

4:53 p.m. Someone on Seventh Street West complained that his neighbor drives too fast.

5:41 p.m. A dog was found stuck in the foundation of a home being built on Weimar Way. The dog was extracted and returned to its owner.

7:10 p.m. A resident on Van Sant Road reported that a drunken transient walked through the front door and joined her family at the dinner table.

7:58 p.m. Reportedly, a man in a pickup driving across a muddy field on Eld Park Cove got stuck and required a tow truck. Apparently, he was chasing deer.

9:05 p.m. Two intoxicated men in Kalispell fell down on top of one another.
