Divisional Volleyball Begins Today
Glacier Enters Tourney on a Roll

Glacier High School enters the Western Class AA divisional volleyball tournament on a roll and ranked No. 3 in the conference. The Lady Wolfpack finished the regular season with a 12-9 overall record, but more importantly an 8-4 conference mark. They will host sixth-seeded Missoula Hellgate tonight at 7 p.m. Flathead earned the No. 5 seed and plays at Missoula Big Sky tomorrow at 7 p.m.
In Northwestern A, Bigfork will look to continue its magical season as the No. 2 seed in the divisional tournament held in Polson. The Valkyries, led by four standout seniors, have a first-round bye and will play tomorrow. Libby, the No. 1 seed, also has a bye. Whitefish, the dominant team in Class A over the past decade, squares off against Columbia Falls at 5 p.m. tonight, while Polson plays Ronan at 7 p.m. to round out the field.

No. 5 Billings Skyview at No. 4 Great Falls on Friday

Whitefish vs. Columbia Falls – 5 p.m. on Thursday
Polson vs. Ronan – 7 p.m. on Thursday

Hardin vs. Glendive – 6 p.m. on Thursday
Sidney vs. Laurel – 8 p.m. on Thursday
Miles City and Billings Central have first-round byes and will play Thursday’s winners in matches scheduled for Friday.
Southwestern (all matches in Anaconda)
Hamilton vs. Corvallis – 6 p.m. on Thursday
Stevensville vs. Frenchtown – 8 p.m. on Thursday
Dillon and Anaconda have first-round byes and will play Thursday’s winners in matches scheduled for Friday.
Central (all matches in Butte on Friday):
Havre vs. Browning –10 a.m.
Butte Central vs. Livingston– 12 p.m.
Lewistown and Belgrade have byes and play first-round winners in matches scheduled for later in the day on Friday.
