Evergreen Man Pleads Not Guilty to Murder
Shooting Occurred May 8
A 47-year-old man accused of fatally shooting his neighbor in Evergreen has pleaded not guilty to deliberate homicide.

Investigators say Baron Foster was drinking and arguing with 42-year-old Michele Miller on May 8 when he picked up a 9 mm pistol and fired it twice. One bullet went through two neighboring apartments and was found in a third apartment, while the other hit Miller in the head.

Foster's trial is scheduled for Aug. 24.
