UPDATE: Kila Man Dies in Crash Near Olney

OLNEY – Authorities say a 38-year-old Kila man has died in a two-vehicle collision while trying to pass a third vehicle.
The Montana Highway Patrol says the crash occurred Sunday afternoon on U.S. 93 north of Olney.
The Flathead County sheriff's department says Christopher S. Kelly was killed after his pickup truck crashed into an oncoming car while he was trying to pass another vehicle.
Officers say the two people in the other vehicle, both from Whitefish, were treated and released at North Valley Hospital in Whitefish.
Trooper Lacie Alby says an alert was posted earlier about the man making unsafe passes based on complaints from other motorists.
