Girlfriend Trouble

6:40 a.m. A Martin City woman reported that a 300-pound man stole a shovel off of her porch. When she asked him to put it back, he said “no.”

7:25 a.m. Someone in Columbia Falls was bitten by a stray cat.

11:11 a.m. A man on Cayuse Lane complained that his neighbor’s hound dogs were out again.

1:38 p.m. A Kalispell man and his girlfriend have received some kind of threatening messages on Facebook. He didn’t know how to spell the name of the suspect and was only able to give a vague description of the threats.

2:30 p.m. Someone saw a yellow Lab at the dump.

3:14 p.m. A deputy spoke to parents who left their children in the van while they played the machines in an Evergreen casino.

4:53 p.m. A woman verbally abused a gas station employee when her credit card didn’t work.

6:28 p.m. Someone saw five dogs standing in a road. An animal warden checked out the area and found only one piece of carpet lying in the middle of the road, which he removed.

6:38 p.m. Someone on Conrad Drive reported that some kids saw a “stray” dog run through the open door of someone’s house. An animal warden discovered that the resident owns the dog.

7:39 p.m. A Kalispell man complained that his girlfriend tried to have another man pawn his stuff.

9:02 p.m. Reportedly, a drunken man threw a beer bottle at someone driving down Highway 35 in Bigfork.

9:44 p.m. An intoxicated man on Highway 35 in Kalispell complained that his girlfriend went next door. He was reminded that she is old enough to go where she wants and advised to call back if an actual crime occurs.

4:13 a.m. Someone saw a cluster of men screaming as they wondered through the Hungry Horse area.
