Riding a three-game win streak, the Wolfpack are surging up the Class AA football standings and rankings.

Glacier (4-2) is ranked fourth in the latest Associated Press poll after another big win last week.

The Wolfpack grabbed seven interceptions and held rival Flathead scoreless in the second half to claim a 55-14 victory at Legends Stadium on Sept. 28. It was Glacier’s third-straight win after starting the season 1-2. Kyle Griffith scored three touchdowns and Evan Epperly had three interceptions, including one he returned for a 90-yard score.

Glacier quarterback Taylor Hulslander is the fifth-ranked passer in the state, averaging 221 yards per game. He has 11 touchdowns and five interceptions. Griffith is the second ranked receiver with 605 yards. He leads the state in TD catches with seven. Reid Siderius leads the state in interceptions with six. A complete list of Class AA stats can be found here.

Flathead's quarterback, Matt Tokarz, is ranked fourth in the state in total offense. Tokarz is averaging 250 total yards per game. Flathead (0-6) travels to Helena Capital (4-2) Friday.

Glacier (4-2) hosts Missoula Sentinel (2-4) this Friday at 7 p.m. in a special “Tackle Pink” night. To honor National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Glacier is encouraging fans to wear pink. Donations will also be accepted to benefit Save a Sister, a local collaboration focused on cancer awareness and prevention. For more information about “Tackle Pink” night, contact Glacier High School, 758-8618.

Bigfork (5-0) remains ranked fourth in Class B. The Vikings beat Troy last week, 49-6. Bigfork plays Thompson Falls (1-4) at home Oct. 5.

Polson is still ranked fourth in Class A.
