Divisional Tournament Update: Glacier Volleyball Advances to State

The girls volleyball team at Glacier High School cruised to a 3-0 at victory home last night against Missoula Hellgate. The third-seeded Lady Wolfpack now advance to the Class AA state tournament in Bozeman on Nov. 20-22. Their record is 13-9 and 9-4 in the conference. Flathead High, the No. 5 seed, doesn’t play its first-round match until today against Missoula Big Sky.

In Class A action, Whitefish snuck past Columbia Falls 3-2 in the Northwestern A tourney in Polson. The Lady Bulldogs advance to play No. 1 Libby today. Also, Polson beat Ronan 3-0 and will play Bigfork today in the divisional semifinals.

No. 2 Missoula Sentinel beat No. 7 Helena Capital on Thursday – advances to state
No. 3 Glacier beat No. 6 Missoula Hellgate on Thursday – advances to state
