Health Department Assisting with Insurance Enrollment
Certified application counselors available for enrollment events
The deadline to enroll in a health insurance plan through the online marketplace is March 31. To assist individuals and families, the Flathead Community Health Center, a division of the Flathead City-County Health Department, has certified application counselors available for enrollment events.

Consumers who enroll by March 31 “will not have to pay the individual responsibility payment for the time that they are without health insurance coverage in 2014,” according to the health department.
Scheduled events for assisted enrollment in February include:

— Thursday afternoons, 1 p.m - 5 p.m., in the 3rd Floor Conference Room, Flathead City-County Health Department, 1035 First Avenue West, Kalispell
