6:07 a.m. Someone reportedly witnessed a strange tall male hitchhiking along Highway 2 East with a child. A deputy found that the child was a small woman.

6:14 a.m. According to a man on Country Way, a golden retriever and a German shepherd bark all night, every night.

8:37 a.m. A woman claimed that her fanny pack and towel were stolen off a rock at the Whitefish City Beach.

8:49 a.m. Someone on Silver Leaf Drive reported that their pinball machine was stolen during a yard sale.

10:24 a.m. A Hungry Horse woman reported an ongoing problem involving her trespassing neighbors, their activities, and their four-wheeler.

11:04 a.m. A woman with a shopping cart was seen walking down the eastbound lane on Highway 2 East in West Glacier. She and her cart were on their way to Browning and she denied the need for any assistance. Another call came in shortly after from someone who almost hit her just south of West Glacier.

12:23 a.m. Someone found two wedding bands near some cliffs in Kila and has turned them into the sheriff’s department.

12:46 p.m. A Whitefish woman said that her neighbor often feeds the birds and has attracted a variety of animals.

1:44 p.m. Someone thought they saw a black wolf eating a dead dear near Van Sant Road.

1:52 p.m. A Kalispell man admitted to changing his ex-wife’s out-going message on her answering machine to something a little less appropriate.

2:32 p.m. Someone on Ranch Lane reported that numerous people were in the woods behind his house standing up and bending over. The people were helping his neighbor mend a fence.

3:26 p.m. Someone broke into a West Glacier motel room and tore the TV off the wall.

4:22 p.m. Two habitual troublemakers, one with a knife hanging on his waist, were seen smoking cigarettes next to their yellow El Camino.

7:22 p.m. A resident on Cantrell Court in Whitefish reported that a herd of llamas just ran through his yard and into the woods.
