Humane Society Hosts Volunteer Orientation

Volunteer program open to anyone 16 or older

The Humane Society is hosting a volunteer orientation this weekend for anyone interested in helping homeless animals and assisting with fundraising and special events.

The one-hour session is Saturday, Oct. 20 at 11 a.m. at 100 Adopt a Pet Way off U.S. Highway 93 between Kalispell and Whitefish.

The Humane Society's volunteer program is open to anyone 16 or older. Volunteers help care for homeless animals, greet the public and assist with fundraising events.
