Vice-presidential nominee Sen. Joe Biden, D-Delaware, will speak at Flathead High School at 644 Fourth Ave. W. on Sunday, Sept. 7, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Doors open at 12:30 p.m., and though the event is free and open to the public, tickets are required.
The six-term senator was chosen as Barack Obama's running mate last month and announced he's coming to Kalispell yesterday.
Tickets, which are limited, are available at the following locations starting Saturday:
-Obama's Kalispell office at 224 First Ave. East between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. on Saturday; and 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Sunday if still available
-Obama's Whitefish office at 643 Denver Street on Saturday between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.
-Obama's Bigfork office at 191 Jewel Basin Court, Suite 3B on Saturday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
-Obama's Pablo office at 51356 U.S. Highway 93 on Saturday between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.
