Kalispell Man Arrested After Tires Shot on Vehicle Carrying Child
Eric Brush was fighting with his common-law wife Wednesday morning and allegedly fired two or three rounds
A 34-year-old Kalispell man was arrested on suspicion of shooting out the tires on a vehicle carrying his common-law wife and 2-year-old son.

Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry says Eric Brush was fighting with his common-law wife Wednesday morning and allegedly fired two or three rounds from a handgun into two tires of her vehicle to try to prevent her from leaving.

No one was injured and Brush was arrested without incident. He faces charges of assault with a weapon and criminal endangerment.

Curry says the investigation continues.
