Kalispell Medical Marijuana Worker Sentenced to Year in Prison
Tyler Roe sentenced to a year in prison after Olney raid
HELENA — A Kalispell man who worked at an Olney medical marijuana warehouse raided last year has been sentenced to a year in prison.

Tyler Roe was sentenced Wednesday after he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture marijuana.

The March 14 raid, one of 26 search warrants executed against medical marijuana providers across Montana, turned up 718 marijuana plants at the warehouse.

Roe lived on the premises along with Michael Kassner, who also has pleaded guilty to federal charges. Roe said his job at the Black Pearl dispensary was to do construction work and take care of the plants

Dispensary owner Ryan Blindheim has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture marijuana and money laundering.

For me its a problem that needs good resolution for one major reason…..TO GET RID OF THE MEXICAN DRUG CARTEL & their crime ridden connections…and if the GOVT kept tight records of growers & the amounts sold/grown, like what is done with prescription medicine…..could…
