Lawn Chair Emergency

9:52 a.m. A Hungry Horse woman reported that a man with crutches and a gun on his hip was outside her home. He left before deputies arrived.

10:21 a.m. The elusive “Soda Pop Gang” tagged the word “Soda” on a number of Evergreen businesses.

12:53 p.m. Reportedly, a semi-truck with a cattle trailer flew through a red light and nearly ran over a smaller vehicle.

2:19 p.m. Someone reported hearing moaning and seeing hands hanging out of the cracked, tinted windows of an Astro Van.

2:49 p.m. A renter on Lore Lake Road claimed that her landlord stole her pugapoo puppies in lieu of rent.

4:37 p.m. A cat on Timber Road was the unfortunate victim of a dog attack.

7:08 p.m. Reportedly, boys too young to have their licenses were driving their mom’s SUV around the neighborhood while she was at work. The car was parked in the driveway when the officer arrived.

7:13 p.m. A woman called 911 from Birch Court to report that her purse had been stolen. She called back after she found her purse buried under “stuff” in her car.

8:17 p.m. A Kalispell mom locked her 14-year-old out of her house after he screamed at her and refused to go to bed.

10:50 p.m. Someone reported that children were on the rooftop of a Main Street building throwing eggs at vehicles.

1:47 a.m. A Kalispell woman called 911 to report that she could hear someone outside trying to steal her lawn chair. She later admitted to a deputy that the lawn chair was stolen two weeks but no one had done anything about it. She wanted them to know how “unimpressed” she was with their efforts to recover her chair.
