Missoula Man Charged, Dixon Man Stabbed to Death
Charged with felony deliberate homicide for the stabbing death of a Dixon man last week
A 32-year-old Missoula man is charged with felony deliberate homicide for the stabbing death of a Dixon man in his residence last week.
KERR-AM reports Sanders County Attorney Robert Zimmerman filed the charge Monday against Nathan Lee William Calvert.
Court records do not identify the victim, but the Missoulian has published a death notice for 61-year-old Douglas Morigeau of Dixon, who died at his home on Dec. 6. A neighbor, Tom Sheridan, also told the Missoulian that Morigeau was the victim
An affidavit filed in Justice Court in Sanders County Monday indicates the victim had been stabbed repeatedly on Dec. 6, the victim's spouse was stabbed and injured and that Calvert acknowledged stabbing them.
