Montana Dems Maintain Edge in Funding
Campaign Funds
HELENA – The Montana Democratic Party has four times the funds of its Republican opposition for the final run to Nov 4.

And according to reports filed in the past several days, the state Democratic Party has enjoyed a $4 million edge over the state Republican Party so far this year in total campaign funds.

The Democratic Party has raised or had at its disposal $6.5 million. That's compared to about $2.4 million for the state Republican Party.

As of a week ago, the Democrats still had $1.7 million in their campaign accounts, for use in the final two weeks of the election. The Republican Party had about $400,000.

Either vote Democrat or Ron Paul or someone else—but the Republican party—the party of electricity deregulation - the party of budget deficits—does not deserve the vote of anyone on Nov 4.
