UM Football Falls Out Of Top 25 Poll
MSU holds second place, while Griz drop out of top 25 for the first time in more than a decade.
The Montana State football team retained its second-place ranking in the Football Championship Subdivision coaches and media polls after a weekend win, while a third loss on the season bounced Montana out of the Top 25 for the first time since November 1998.

North Dakota State is ranked first in both the coaches and Sports Network FCS polls, followed by MSU and Youngstown State.

Eastern Washington is ranked seventh in both polls after its 32-26 win over Montana. Northern Arizona is ranked 18th by the media and 21st by the coaches while Cal Poly is ranked 19th by the media and 20th by the coaches.

In the NAIA, Carroll College stayed at eighth after its win at Dickinson State. Montana Tech moved up three spots to 13th after a double overtime win at Eastern Oregon, while the Mountaineers fell 10 spots to 24th after the loss to the Orediggers.
