HELENA – Presidential candidate Barack Obama is opening more campaign offices in the state.
Obama’s Montana campaign says volunteer offices in Billings, Great Falls, and Bozeman will open on Saturday to join field operations in Helena and Missoula.
The campaign of Hillary Rodham Clinton has said it also plans to open offices in Montana.
The two presidential candidates have started campaigning in Montana two months in advance of the last primaries in the nation, to be held June 3 in Montana and South Dakota.
Obama and Clinton spent last weekend courting Democratic voters in the state. Bill Clinton campaigned in four cities last week.
Montana voters will apportion 17 delegates in the June 3 primary. The state also has eight superdelegates who can vote for whoever they like. Three have committed to Obama.
