On Rehberg’s Flight Home, No Sign of Biden
Trains, Planes ...
Vice President Joe Biden created quite a stir Thursday morning by suggesting in a television interview that neither he nor his family would be traveling in confined spaces, such as airplanes or subways, over swine flu fears.

Hours later, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano scrambled to clarify his statements, saying that the vice president misspoke and that the administration was just "asking people to take common-sense precautions."

A day later, Congressman Denny Rehberg, R-Mont., made the following observation before boarding a flight home. Via his Twitter account:

Flying from D.C. To Billings today. (V.P. Biden not on my flight)

I didn’t see Biden scrambling to clarify anything. He did say, after receiving advice from the leading health experts nation- and world-wide, and WHO, he had echoed the same advice to his family. Pretty sensible. These experts told Biden and other members of the regime that they should consider closing…
