Parenting Program Held in Whitefish
Mac Bledsoe presents "Parenting with Dignity"
Nationally known speaker and author, Mac Bledsoe, will hold a parenting presentation Tuesday, Feb. 17 at 6 p.m. at Whitefish High School. The program, "Parenting with Dignity," will share tips on teaching children to make good decisions and offer proven, practical parenting techniques.

The event begins with dinner from 6 to 7 p.m. featuring music by John Dunnigan. Bledsoe's presentation will take place in the high school gym from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Tickets are $20 per family. However, parents/guardians with children enrolled in the Whitefish School District can get tickets at $5 per family. Other interested persons can also buy a $5 ticket when they make any purchase at one of the following Whitefish businesses: Buffalo Café, Imagination Station, Downtown Coffee Traders, Dairy Queen, Montana Espresso and Subway. PTA members receive a free ticket, which can be picked up at any of the three district schools. On-site childcare will also be provided.

I strongly suggest any parent who can make it to this session do so. Mac has a great command of this subject and has a way of making tough parenting situations a lot easier to handle.
