Police Blotter: Missing Husband, Surprise in the Sink

The Kalispell Police and Flathead County Sheriff’s reports for Thursday and Friday morning included the following:

7:13 a.m. A Kalispell man came over to his ex-girlfriend’s house to find her with another man. As he left the residence he kicked the car.

10:13 a.m. A person broke into a house that is under construction in Kalispell and defecated in the sink and on the floor.

11:26 a.m. A Kalispell resident put an enormous rock in his neighbor’s driveway to make them aware of the new surveyed property line.

1:58 p.m. A father of a 17-year-old girl called the Sheriff’s Department because she was out of control.

5:17 p.m. An 18-year-old Kalispell woman needed to be hauled out of her boyfriend’s house after he asked her to leave and she refused and then locked herself in the closet. Deputies took her back to her parents’ house.

5:24 p.m. A woman called about incredibly obnoxious barking coming from her neighbor’s house on Haywire Gulch.

6:25 p.m. A house was toilet-papered on Drake Drive in Kalispell.

7:48 p.m. A woman called in about a gregarious man who showed up at her home with wine and candy to talk about the sale of a home. While there he kissed her hand. She was perturbed over the gesture and called the Sheriff’s Department.

7:52 p.m. Someone called in about the horrible dogs on Haywire Gulch.

8:05 p.m. Another call was made about the ongoing barking issue on Haywire Gulch.

10:34 p.m. A Bigfork resident called in about a lab they saw chasing deer.

1:10 a.m. A Bigfork woman said her husband wasn’t in bed when he was supposed to be. He went to bed 45 minutes before she did. When she went to get into bed he wasn’t there. She called the Sheriff’s Department. About 30 minutes later she called back to say she found him in another bed.

The departments responded to 150 calls for service.
