12:03 a.m. Three or four men were fighting. A car was damaged.
12:56 a.m. A 20-year-old man and his significant other were drinking at a man’s house in Creston. The man had an AK-47 rifle hanging on his wall. The 20-year-old said he wanted to shoot it, so they went for a drive. He got out of the car to shoot the gun, but seconds later, he was screaming for help. Somehow he had been shot in the chest. The victim was airlifted to Kalispell Regional Medical Center. The incident is still under investigation.
2:00 a.m. Someone’s 17-year-old grandson came home drunk. He was hitting people and ripped all the phones of the wall before he went to the small trailer he resides in behind his grandparent’s house.
11:18 a.m. Strawberries were offered to a girl from a man in a truck.
12:57 p.m. A horse was tied to a tree. It had a broken leg.
The departments responded to 213 calls for service.
