1:08 a.m. Someone in Whitefish said they could hear cars racing around but could not see them.
1:41 a.m. Two youths reportedly were playing with a fire extinguisher.
5:03 a.m. In Evergreen two skateboarders dressed in all black were thought to be sketchy. It turned out that nothing was suspicious aside from the black apparel that they were wearing while skateboarding.
7:49 a.m. A juvenile was throwing firecrackers at a house on the west side of Kalispell.
9:59 a.m. Some drunks were hanging out under a train trestle on Rails to Trails west of Kalispell.
10:13 a.m. $430 worth of fireworks were stolen from a stand on U.S. Highway 2.
12:23 p.m. A dump truck lost a load of gravel near Twin Bridges Road.
12:51 p.m. Teenagers were reported to be purposefully setting off the panic alarm of a car.
1:17 p.m. Security cameras and a moneybag containing $50 were stolen from a local business.
1:27 p.m. A caller reported that there was more dust than usual on Spring Hill Road. The caller requested that speed limit signs be posted.
3:31 p.m. Deputies counseled a man and his girlfriend after a nonphysical disagreement. The male was then escorted to jail for failing to appear on charges.
4:15 p.m There was fire behind a house. Law enforcement was not sure whether it was a greenhouse or a green house.
4:30 p.m. A tenant at a ranch was three months late on rent. The landlord put a lien on the tenant’s horse.
4:42 p.m. A man refused medical assistance after he fell down at a Kalispell casino.
6:10 p.m. A man was spotted in Swan Lake near mile marker 76. He may have been swimming.
7:24 p.m. A man in Hungry Horse called to let authorities know his neighbor had threatened him over the phone.
7:29 p.m. A child in Columbia Falls has been repeatedly threatened over the last couple days.
8:00 p.m. A white horse with brown spots was again seen running down U.S. Highway 2.
8:58 p.m. A whimpering puppy on a chain prompted a concerned citizen to call authorities. The pup was found to be in good condition.
9:06 p.m. Kids playing with fireworks once again caused a grass fire.
10:03-10:15 p.m. There were three noise complaints all stemming from fireworks.
The departments responded to 147 calls for service.
