Prank Calls

10:35 a.m. A recently evicted tenant, described by the landlord as a “raging alcoholic,” has moved out of his rental and into the landlord’s mother’s garage without her permission. The landlord would like to know what she is supposed to do with him.

12:14 p.m. A Kalispell woman reported that a man she has a restraining order against was recently at her kid’s school handing out candy.

1:37 p.m. A Whitefish woman reported that a man she knows repeatedly calls and harasses her. She was advised to block his number.

3:11 p.m. A Martin City woman reported that someone had taken her vehicle for a joyride. Whoever had taken it left their fishing license and some ear plugs behind.

3:27 p.m. Someone found a dead cat on Antelope Trail in Whitefish.

4:54 p.m. A handful of Hungry Horse kids plucked a phone out of someone’s jacket and used it to make prank calls.

5:59 p.m. Someone new to the Nicholson Drive area reported finding suspicious tire tracks in his driveway and foot prints around the perimeter of his house.

7:47 p.m. A Hungry Horse resident reported that someone was outside his home “casing” his property.

8:19 p.m. A man on Walking Coyote Drive was heard revving his engine and “hollering.”

11:15 p.m. A bartender reported that an extensively intoxicated man was attempting to drive.

1:50 a.m. Loose horses were seen wandering down Highway 2 East.

2:29 a.m. A man called from Ridgewood Drive to report that two tall men followed him home and, at the time of the call, were outside throwing snowballs at his house.
