Robinson Scores 30 in Cal State-Fullerton's Win Over Montana

MISSOULA (AP) – Frank Robinson scored 30 points and Josh Akognon added 26 to help lead Cal State-Fullerton to a 100-91 victory against Montana on Friday night.

The Titans (4-1) led 57-54 midway through the second half before hitting 3-pointers on four straight possessions, three of those by Akognon.

Cal State-Fullerton, which was 8-for-10 from 3-point range in the second half, took a 20-point lead with 4:45 remaining.

Montana (5-3) came to within 87-81 with 1:30 remaining but could get no closer.

Jordan Hasquet scored 26 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead Montana. Andrew Strait added 21 points and Matt Martin had 17 points.
