Schweitzer: Washington Coal Export Plans ‘Dead’
Schweitzer touted natural gas as the future of energy, while calling West Coast coal export plans “dead”
My old colleague Dan Testa, who is now a reporter with SNL Energy, spoke with former Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer and asked him about everything from future energy development to his potential political plans. Schweitzer doesn’t appear interested in a job like secretary of energy.

I wouldn't be a very good secretary. I can't even type. I want to change the world and I'm afraid that putting your feet in concrete in Washington D.C. is probably not the place to change the world.

Schweitzer touted natural gas as the future of energy, while calling West Coast coal export plans “dead.” The whole interview is worth a read. Part one is here. Part two is here.

No, I don't want to read mini-biographies of contributors to your magazine in the front of the book.

@djtabish You may have $10, but I have the fleeting hope that I'll be a millionaire without having to do any work for it. #lazy
