Morse Code on the Radio and Boy Attacks Grandparents

1:23 a.m. A 16-year-old girl hasn’t come home. She is with her 19-year-old boyfriend.

1:52 a.m. Someone’s kids kept the neighbor up all night. He was livid.

2:06 a.m. There was an assault at Moose Lodge.

10:44 a.m. A vehicle hit a snowplow on Fifth Avenue West in Kalispell.

11:54 a.m. When a woman turned on her radio she reportedly could hear what sounded like a message in Morse Code. A deputy listened to the radio and thought the same thing.

12:11 p.m. Someone reported their cell phone stolen. They called from a land line.

2:47 p.m. An inexperienced driver in a white Monte Carlo was all over Meridian.

2:52 p.m. A 46-year-old man was caught stealing razor blades.

4:40 p.m. A propane tank was ablaze in Lakeside.

5:59 p.m. A man thought his neighbor must be drunk. He was sitting in his car, but it wasn’t running. Turns out he wasn’t drunk, just extremely bored.

7:06 p.m. A 13-year-old boy was arrested after he threw a cassette player at his grandmother and punched his grandfather in the face.

9:56 p.m. A 24-year-old woman stole condoms.

11:04 p.m. A couple of people were smoking something in a truck.

The departments responded to 125 calls for service.
