Testimony Ends in Jordan Johnson Rape Trial
Judge Karen Townsend closing arguments would begin Friday morning
MISSOULA – Testimony has ended in the rape trial of former University of Montana quarterback Jordan Johnson.

District Judge Karen Townsend said Thursday that closing arguments would begin Friday morning, followed by instructions before the case is handed over to jurors.

On Thursday the prosecution and defense put on witnesses who offered testimony on whether the accuser suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder.

The woman testified early in the trial that she and Johnson were kissing while watching a movie last February and then his demeanor changed and he held her down and raped her, despite her protests. He testified the sex was consensual and that she never said "no" or he would have stopped.

The trial began with jury selection on Feb. 8.
