Trespassing Neighbor

11:30 a.m. A Kalispell resident discovered a dead rooster on his property.

12:15 p.m. Someone reported finding a good-looking bike at the dump.

12:23 p.m. A resident of Meadowlark Drive complained that the neighbor has been piling up trash alongside his home and the stench has become “unbearable.”

1:07 p.m. A Nicholson Drive resident reported that someone stole his garage door opener out of his unlocked vehicle.

1:22 p.m. A woman called in to report that a mailman told her that a 60-year-old woman was riding her moped down the sidewalk of Third Street East.

4:03 p.m. Someone reported that an intoxicated woman in a big black pickup was swerving her way down Highway 93 South.

5:37 p.m. A resident on Harmony Road reported that his neighbor trespassed onto his property and destroyed all of his “No Trespassing” signs.

7:35 p.m. A man on Rhodes Draw called 911 numerous times to make short, vague statements before hanging up. By the last call, he was able to fully report that one neighbor had another neighbor’s car boxed in.

10:50 p.m. An intoxicated woman on Mountain View Drive reported that her boyfriend, also intoxicated, refused to get out of her recliner and leave. He was gone before a deputy arrived.
