Trial in Cut Bank Fight Moved to Libby

GREAT FALLS – The trial in the case of three brothers charged with assaulting a Glacier County commissioner has been moved to Lincoln County after an unbiased and impartial jury could not be seated in Cut Bank.

District Judge Laurie McKinnon set the trial for Aron, Brian and Todd Molenda on Aug. 25 in Libby.

The Molendas are charged with criminal endangerment for the Sept. 20 beating of Ron Rides at the Door, who was attacked after trying to break up another fight outside a Cut Bank bar.
