Two Charged With Selling Marijuana Treats at Poplar Fair

BILLINGS – Two people accused of selling marijuana-laced treats from a trailer parked behind a kids' tattoo booth at a community fair in Poplar have been arrested.

Trevor W. Marks and Krystal A. Oaks, both of Lloyd, were arrested after an anonymous tip led officers to the booth Friday, which was Kids' Day at the Poplar Wild West Days.

Roosevelt County Sheriff Freedom Crawford says Marks and Oaks were selling marijuana-laced treats made from cereal and marshmallows. The sheriff says the treats were not advertised, and apparently "a select group got to go into the trailer." He does not know how many people bought the snacks.

Marks and Oaks are in custody on a charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute.

Sure you want to proceed with this case Mr. Prosecutor?  No one was harmed were they?  The drug war has been a severely corrupting influence on our society.  http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8740703353227564451
