The defending champion Bulldogs finished the regular season undefeated, securing home field throughout the upcoming Class A boys soccer playoffs.

Whitefish defeated Libby 11-0 on Oct. 6 and improved to 12-0 overall, 8-0 in conference. The Bulldogs have won 24 straight games dating back to last season. They host Livingston, the second seed from Southern A, at 2 p.m. at Smith Fields on Saturday, Oct. 13. To view the bracket, click here.

Whitefish is chasing its fifth state championship and second straight. This season has already seen a remarkable accomplishment. Head coach O'Brien Byrd recently earned his 100th career coaching victory, and it came against his alma mater. The Bulldogs defeated Columbia Falls 5-1 on Sept. 29.

Bigfork and Libby meet in a play-in game on Tuesday. The winner earns a home game this weekend.

The Columbia Falls girls capped an undefeated conference season last weekend and earned the top-seed from Northern A in the girls bracket. The Wildkats (10-1-1, 8-0) defeated Polson 10-0 at home last weekend, led by Danielle Delventhal and Alexi Corbett. Both girls scored three goals apiece. Columbia Falls will host Laurel on Saturday.

Whitefish and Libby were scheduled to play for the second playoff berth on Tuesday. To view the bracket, click here.
