United Way is is looking for volunteers to help with the Flathead City-County Health Department's flu clinic, to direct parking and traffic, as well as help with food services and processing forms on Oct. 7 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This is one of four clinics happening this month. Other clinics will be in Columbia Falls, from 9 a.m. to noon on Oct. 1 at the Montana Veterans’ Home; from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 1 in Whitefish at the Golden Agers Senior Center; and from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Oct. 13, at Bethany Lutheran Church in Bigfork.

Here are a couple reminders that I'm sure have been burned into your memories already, but are important enough to repeat:
Wash your hands, and don't be afraid to not shake someone's hand. Maybe just offer a friendly fist-bump.
If you are sick, stay home. You'll be thanked.
Get plenty of sleep and stay hydrated.
