Escaped Cows

7:20 a.m. A man on Helena Flats road woke up to find a suspicious hole in his fence.

11:17 a.m. Someone reported that kids on Meadowlark Drive were playing basketball in the street. The caller felt this to be a “dangerous situation.”

11:19 a.m. A man on Lone Fox Trail stated that someone continuously calls his phone but never speaks.

12:23 p.m. Someone called in to talk about cows and dogs.

1:01 p.m. A Somers resident complained that his landlord acts out in abusive ways.

1:33 p.m. Someone reportedly watched a woman drive her Subaru erratically while yelling at the male passenger.

1:56 p.m. One caller was suspicious of a man wearing all black riding his bicycle down North Meridian Road.

4:57 p.m. A high school student claimed that someone stole her boots out of her locker.

6:58 p.m. A Columbia Falls resident stated that the neighbors have about 50 unpleasant cows that constantly escape and find themselves in his yard. Additionally, the neighbors ride their horses through his yard when they retrieve their cows.

7:33 p.m. Someone in Columbia Falls found an old beagle. It was taken to the shelter.

8:19 p.m. A man on Kienas Road reported that two sheepdog puppies were stolen out of his yard.

8:44 p.m. A Sweetgrass Ranch Road resident suspected people in a parked vehicle were smoking something and most likely “doing drugs.”

10:08 p.m. An angry Columbia Falls man argued with a woman and reportedly pushed her vehicle into the ditch.
