Flathead County Sheriff's and Kalispell Police Reports
Sunday 12/25
10:45 a.m. A man on Sunny Lane reported that an ex-employee took his trailers off his property and is now “holding them hostage” in an undisclosed location.
11:23 a.m. A woman called from Pennsylvania stating that her parents, who live in Martin City, needed some sort of animal warden assistance with a dog they found.
11:40 a.m. Someone on Shady Lane reported that she was assaulted by a girl who lives in the trailer park behind Kmart. The girl claimed that she was actually the one assaulted. They were both cited.
3:56 p.m. Skis were stolen from someone on Big Mountain.
6:33 p.m. A Butterfly Lane resident reported that a woman came over and tore up his home then left.
7:18 p.m. The woman returned to the Butterfly Lane home to continue her rampaging, which consisted of more damage and a verbal assault.
8:13 p.m. A Kalispell man called from his “friend’s” house to report that he was knocking on their door but they were refusing to answer. He hoped that a deputy would show up to open the door for him. He was advised that his wish would not be granted.
9:07 p.m. Inflatable Christmas decorations were stolen from a Dogwood resident’s front yard. One was recovered further down the street, but the large carousel is still missing.
11:54 p.m. A woman called from Whitefish Stage to report that while her jammie-wearing, intoxicated boyfriend was taking the dog for a walk, the neighbors shot at him with a pellet gun. The neighbors, described as an elderly man and a “manly” looking woman, claimed they shot an air gun into the air in an attempt to get the dog to stop barking at deer.
