Each individual can choose one sterling silver necklace out of a selection. The necklaces will come in a jewelery box with gift wrapping, if wanted. To claim their free necklace, people need to bring in their termination or foreclosure notice, and personal identification, such as a driver's license.
"We want to help those truly in need, who probably can't afford a gift for themselves or their loved ones right now," Lisa Poler, the downtown Kalispell store's owner, said in a press release. "I've been deeply affected by the dramatic increase in the number of people needing to sell their jewelry. I wanted to find a way to give back to our community."
