Cows at Large

9:58 a.m. Reportedly, there are at least five loose dogs on Moose Street in Coram at all times. At the time of the call, however, only two were known to be loose.

10:06 a.m. Five cows were reportedly at large and creating a road hazard on Highway 206 near Columbia Falls. They were corralled and taken home.

1:02 p.m. Four windows were broken out of a Kalispell school bus.

1:26 p.m. A woman on Lore Lake Road reported that her neighbor bicycled by her house numerous times. He then sat crouched on her property line and stared at her house for approximately 45 minutes.

2:27 p.m. A man called from North Dakota complaining that his ex-girlfriend, who lives locally, has been selling all of his stuff.

3:34 p.m. A Whitefish woman wondered if anyone had found her stolen TV.

5:14 p.m. Someone driving down Meadow Lake Road reported that a child in another vehicle “popped up” in the window and began banging on the window as if he were distressed.

8:38 p.m. A teenaged girl in Columbia Falls has reportedly received a number of unwanted “nasty” text messages.

1:41 a.m. A young girl was taken home after she sneaked out of her aunt’s home on Days Acre Lane.
