Whitefish High School activities director Jackie Fuller says Mark Casazza has been promoted to head boys' basketball coach.
Casazza has been an assistant at Whitefish High for five years. He will take over as head coach immediately, guiding the Bulldogs' summer camps and summer program.
Casazza replaces Eric Stang, who was not rehired after two seasons. He guided the Bulldogs to a 30-18 mark and two state tournaments.
Casazza teaches math at Whitefish High.
