I DO NOT see anything wrong with the sign.  There are other buildings in Whitefish with professional art work on the outside. Every city in the U.S. uses traffic SYMBOLS, as well as English to assist non-English speaking visitors while they are in the city, spending their money. Two examples:  Walk-Don’t Walk ,and symbol of airplane to donate the way to an airport. I think this problem falls under..."don’t do as we do. we say”.

It doesn’t come as a surprise at all that Whitefish is not only the fun police, but a ragtag bunch of socialist ne’er do wells looking for any opportunity to cash in at the taxpayers expense. Well Whitefish residence, you get the government the majority elected. If it bothers you, as it does me, that the city council has draconian regulations on signage then STOP electing these empty suits and skirts!

Who cares?  You people get upset over the stupidest things.  All advertising is pollution, so who’s to say what stays and what goes?  Its ridiculous, but then again, so is the resort tax, the roads, and the amount of churches we have.  I say burn em all down and lets start over without this silly little fairytale called religion.  Also, im sure all you fat people need to be told that hey, you can get ice cream here.  Go take a walk or something for christs sake.
