Generally informative article; however, the final line “Health care will definitely be at the forefront of the new administration, but I doubt Obama does much to address it until the economy is propped up” is more speculation/opinion than journalism.

Hilarious!
This economy is gong to spiral deeper and deeper into an abyss. Why? Because certain things, very big economical things, are going against reality, and until those things turn around, the economy will continue to fail. The real estate business is one of those, but even with all the built-in problems it has (such as the high fees to buy and sell, and the inherent monopoly), it is only a flea on the elephant. Health care is the real problem because people cant make their house payments because of their medical bills.
Anyone who perpetuates the current lies related to the current sick system should be voted out of office—Baucus. Instead of getting everyone covered under insurance, NO ONE SHOULD BE COVERED and the current system should be allowed to fail. It is a monopoly that is strangling our economy and our kids’ future.
Some idiot posted an editorial in the Interlake over the weekend defending health care. He compared health care to a grocery store business. This guy should be confined for being too stupid to walk around (i’d write a response there, but the Interlake is a joke wrt editorial policies). As long as this idiot healthcare mentality goes on, we will fail. It is an absurdity in the face of reality. Montana has a law on the books that says no one can declare bankruptcy against medical bills. Huh?
I think the medical industry will eventually force people to take violent action.
