One thing you can at least expect any legislator from Montana is for gun rights, which is one reason why I choose to live in this state.

Why doesn’t Mr. Holder talk about eliminating criminals instead of the tools they might use? Are we we going to ban hammers and pry bars just because a criminal might use them to break into a home? People like Mr. Obama and Mr. Holder are the reason that gun sales and ammo sales are at an unprecedented high. Concealed carry licenses are up in every state that I have visited. When are our elected officials and those appointed to office going to quit squalling about gun bans that unconstitutional and do the job that they were elected or appointed to do?

Support for gun ownership in Montana is the strongest of any state in the Union, which is one major reason why I live here too, funguymon.  I just wish they would take this further like they did last year and stress that suppression of gun rights by the fed would be a violation of Montana’s compact with it.
