I agree with this issue. As someone that is involved in the 24/7 drug testing for DUI offenders. I
see where the breathalyzer will only pick up the presence of alcohol - but can see that many of
those testing are now getting high from pot - but that doesn’t read on the test. So the point of
keeping people off the streets that are impaired…that system is flawed.

Expert Witness, “Not necessarilly so.”

While their at it, how about a test for DUI prescription drugs. While the lawmakers try to
pretend marijuana is a schedule 1 narcotic, which in truth it is not, they deny the massive
damage prescription drugs are doing to today’s society.
